When Earl VA Services uses AI, this is how we approach it.

Earl VA Services are committed to using AI in ways that are ethical and secure.

Considered thought is put into when and what AI is used for and how it will appropriately contribute to the final outcome.

This is our approach to AI:

Ethical

• We ensure our use of any AI tools protects our reputation with clients

• We’re open about how we use AI in our work

• AI is used only as a support to, not a replacement of, our expertise

• We stay aware of laws, regulations, and ethical standards

• We work to ensure that AI outputs are not biased, harmful, misleading, or offensive

Safety

• Any AI output is checked by a human to ensure accuracy and quality

• Data protection laws and privacy standards are adhered to when dealing with sensitive information

• Copyright and intellectual property rules are followed for any AI-generated work

• All AI tools we use fit within our other polices

Making AI work for us

• We use trusted AI tools that deliver consistent, high-quality results

• Our tools will be reviewed from time to time to ensure they’re still appropriate for use

• We source the training and resources we need to make the most of AI

• Everything we produce is thoroughly checked (and adapted) for quality

How we use AI

This is what we currently use AI for (subject to change as the tools improve and we advance our knowledge in how it can best be used):

• Drafting/planning content

• Helping with admin tasks (this could be anything from summarising meeting notes, emails, or carrying out research)

• Planning and brainstorming
